Privacy policy
The short version: this site has no accounts, no comment system and no newsletter, so there is very little to collect. This page explains exactly what does happen.
Who we are
Amor Atlas is operated by Amor Atlas Media. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, write to the address at the top of our about page.
What we collect
This site is a static publication. There is no account system, no login, no comments and no newsletter, which removes most of the categories a privacy policy usually has to cover.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider: IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, retained for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
- Aggregate, cookieless analytics: page views, country, referrer and device type. This does not identify individual visitors and does not follow you across other websites.
- A single browser preference stored locally on your own device: your light or dark theme choice. It never reaches our servers.
Affiliate links and tracking
When you click an outbound link to a platform we partner with, you pass through a redirect on our own domain and then land on the partner. The partner sets its own cookie to attribute the visit, and from that point its privacy policy governs the visit, not ours.
We add two parameters to that link: the language of the page you came from and the platform you clicked. Both are used to understand which content is useful. Neither identifies you.
We never receive your name, email address, payment details or anything you type into a partner platform. The only thing that reaches us is an aggregate count of signups.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
In practice, because we hold no account data, most requests resolve to server-log data tied to an IP address. Write to us with the approximate date and we will search and delete what we hold.
Age restriction
This site is for adults. It covers adult products and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any that reached us would be deleted.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. Because the site holds almost no personal data, changes are expected to be rare.
