Corrections

If a price, a feature or a fact on this site is wrong, tell us. Name the page and, if you have it, include a link or a screenshot showing the correct information. Confirmed errors get fixed quickly and the change is noted on the page.

This applies to platform operators too. A correction backed by evidence is applied whether or not we have a commercial relationship with you — and if you think a score is wrong, tell us which sub-score and why. That is a conversation we are happy to have in public.

What we cannot help with

Your account on a third-party platform. We do not operate any of the services we review, so we have no access to your subscription, your billing or your data. Charges, cancellations and content disputes have to go to that operator directly.

We will still record your experience — repeated reports about a platform feed into its trust score, and that is how a pattern of unauthorised charges or a broken cancellation flow ends up costing a platform its ranking.

Partnerships and press

Platform operators are welcome to get in touch about a listing or a commercial relationship. To be clear before you write: a partnership does not buy a ranking position, a score, or a favourable review. It buys a tracked link on a page we were going to write anyway.

Press and media enquiries go to the same place. We are happy to explain the methodology on the record, including the weights and how the scores are computed.

Response times

We aim to reply within two working days. Corrections are usually faster, because it is the only category where being slow actively harms a reader.
